Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence

The Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence is an New England-based organization that
conducts outreach, education, violence prevention, counselling, and advocacy programming
aimed at ending domestic violence. Their
resources are specifically directed toward Asian families, providing much-needed
multicultural and multilingual programs and information.

The Domestic Violence and Incest Resource Centre, funded by the Australian government has
created this new web site, which includes a wealth of useful information. Find relational warning signs, a respect
checklist, safety plans, a space to write down feelings, ideas to consider, legal
information, and a list of Australian support services.

Ottawa is one of a number of North American cities with groups that are dedicated to
inspiring young people to get involved and have a voice in their

becoming accessible and more helpful to young citizens and young visitors.
