We are thrilled to announce the rollout of our new membership engagement management system powered by iMIS, the world’s leading platform for association, union, and membership management. This innovative system marks a significant enhancement over our previous Portalbuzz system, offering advanced features designed to support our growth and operational efficiency.

As you will find, the iMIS system differs considerably from Portalbuzz, incorporating a more intuitive and robust framework. We recognise that such changes come with a learning curve, and are committed to making the transition as smooth as possible.

TRAINING

To assist you in getting acquainted with the new system, we have prepared a video tutorial that covers setting up your password and logging in for the first time, adding and deleting members, and setting up officers. Please take a moment to watch this tutorial:

  • You can access the new system and begin exploring its features by logging in here: iMIS Login.
  • You can also access it through “Members Login” at the top of the YMI homepage and in the description of the video tutorial.
  • To begin, first set a password by clicking on Forgot Password? You must use the email address that IHQ had on file in February 2024.
