WELCOME

iMIS is the membership engagement platform used by Y’s Men International. It enables secure, accurate handling of member data and is designed to support leaders at all levels.

The iMIS Help Centre is here to support administrators of the iMIS membership system. Whether you’re updating member records, managing officer positions, or just logging in for the first time, you’ll find key resources and guidance below.

TRAINING

To assist you in getting acquainted with the new system, we have prepared a video tutorial that covers setting up your password and logging in for the first time, adding and deleting members, and setting up officers.

Please take a moment to watch this tutorial:

  • You can access the new system and begin exploring its features by logging in here: iMIS Login.
  • You can also access it through “Members Login” at the top of the YMI homepage and in the description of the video tutorial.
  • To begin, first set a password by clicking on Forgot Password? You must use the email address that IHQ has on file.

Adding & Removing Company Administrators

⚠️ NOTE

If you are stepping down as the company administrator and appointing someone else to take over, make sure you add the new administrator before removing yourself. Once you remove yourself, you will no longer have access to make changes, including the ability to assign a new administrator.

⚠️ Do not remove any existing administrators who may appear in the system but are not members of your club.
Regional administrators are added for oversight and technical support purposes and should remain in place.
