Legislative Assembly Of Representatives
(The International Council)
The Legislative Assembly Of Representatives (The International Council) comprises 15 elected members. Each Area is represented in the Assembly by at least one member. No Area is entitled to more than four seats. The Assembly meets at least once per year.

The International President presides at all meetings of the Assembly but does not have a vote. The International President-Elect, Immediate Past International President, Treasurer and Secretary General attend all meetings of the Assembly , without vote. The World Alliance of YMCAs is entitled to nominate one official, non-voting representative to the Assembly.
Members elected to the Assembly serve a two-year term of office.
