IC 2026 Relocated to Penang, Malaysia

Following ongoing monitoring of the security situation in the Middle East, the International Convention Committee recommended the relocation of the 75th International Convention being planned for Dubai. This recommendation has now been approved by the Legislative Assembly of Representatives.

IC 2026 will take place in George Town, Penang, Malaysia, from 10–13 September 2026.

This decision has been taken to ensure a safe, accessible, and successful Convention for all participants, while also opening the door to an exciting new setting for our global gathering.

A Destination Rich in Culture and Heritage

George Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offers a unique and vibrant backdrop for IC 2026. Known for its rich cultural diversity, historic architecture, and world-renowned street art, the city blends tradition and modern life in a way that creates a natural environment for connection and exchange.

From heritage streets and colonial-era buildings to temples, mosques, and bustling local markets, Penang reflects the diversity and spirit that defines Y’s Men International. The city’s renowned food culture, artisan communities, and lively public spaces provide countless opportunities for delegates to explore, engage, and connect beyond the Convention programme.

What This Means for Delegates

  • All existing registrations will be transferred to the Convention in Penang, unless participants choose otherwise.
  • All rooms at the official Convention hotel will be available at the special Convention rate of USD 97 per night. Delegates who previously booked accommodation at a higher rate for Dubai will receive a refund for the difference.
  • The Emirates partnership discount is no longer applicable for airfares. Delegates with existing flight bookings are advised to contact their airline directly regarding any changes or rebooking options.
  • The Early Bird registration deadline has been extended to 31 May 2026 to allow additional time for planning.
