International Constitution
Adopted at the International Convention 1972 and ratified at the International Convention 1973. Officially in force from 1 June 1974.

International Constitution - English
The club voting phase for the proposed amendments to our International Constitution was completed successfully on 7 June 2024.
Clubs approved the amendments with the necessary two-thirds majority (98.9% in favour).
By-laws - English
The by-laws of the association (formerly known as “guidelines”) is now a separate document and, for the first time, is referenced in the articles of the association.
With the amended Articles approved in June 2024, the International Council will be asked to amend the former guidelines as needed. The old guidelines will be referred to in the meantime and in the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the Constitution shall prevail.
