IP News – May 2025

Welcome to the May IP News

Warm greetings from Botswana, where the spirit of service and renewal has been deeply felt during the Africa Southeast Regional Conference. The chartering of new clubs and the formation of a new District in Southern Africa are signs of a movement alive with momentum and possibility.

In this month’s edition of IP News, we reflect on a time of growth, partnership, and leadership:

  • Over 105 new clubs have already been chartered this year
  • Youth-focused training and leadership development are gaining pace globally
  • World Malaria Day was marked by impactful grassroots campaigns in Cameroon and India
  • And our collaboration with the YMCA continues to strengthen

We also highlight the ongoing International Treasurer election. All clubs eligible to vote are encouraged to do so before the ballot closes on 22 May 2025. Your participation is vital to ensuring a strong and representative leadership for our movement.

As always, I invite you to share your stories of service, success, and transformation with us. Contributions for the next issue of IP News are due by 15 May 2025Click to submit your story >>

Let’s continue to advance YMI together. Arise & Shine!
