The International Council has agreed to postpone the International Centennial Celebration planned for November in Taiwan.
After a joint meeting between the IEOs and the Host Committee on 12 September, a recommendation was made to the International Council to postpone these events until 10-12 March 2023.
The RBM Golf Tournament is now scheduled for 9 March 2023 and the International RDE Summit will follow the main celebration event.
Despite the great work of the Host Committee in planning for this historic celebration, a 3-day quarantine requirement and a 4-day self-monitoring regulation in Taiwan as part of COVID-19 prevention measures remain in place. These barriers are expected to be lifted in the coming weeks, clearing the way for a successful staging of the event on the new date.
